David Yi is the editor at Very Good Light, a men's beauty publication aimed at Generation Z. The brand is all about redefining masculinity and creating a safe space for all types of men. The site has since been featured in the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, USA Today, Vogue, Teen Vogue, and Allure, among others. Prior to Very Good Light, David launched fashion and beauty at Mashable and was nominated for a GLAAD and Webby award for his work there. He's worked at Women's Wear Daily, the New York Daily News, and has written for GQ, the Wall Street Journal, Nylon, ELLE, InStyle, Esquire, and Vogue, among others.
Sarah A. Springer is a creative director, documentary filmmaker and journalist. Although she may have grown up in the small city of Bakersfield, California, she managed to evolve into a world traveler. She’s worked at CNN.com where she reported stories about race and identity in America, has worked at ABC, CBS, VICE Media and currently works as a Creative Director for RYOT. She is passionate about film and media and hopes to promote inclusion in these spaces through Advocates for Inclusion in Media.

Genel Ambrose is a creative producer, journalist and founder of Good Mirrors Aren’t Cheap, a foundation with the mission of leveraging digital media and storytelling to revolutionize the way young girls and women of color see themselves. In 2017, Genel worked to launch “Community,” @ VICE, the media company’s first ever initiative for culture and inclusion engagement. Genel has worked at VICE, HBO, Clear Channel Radio, and Universal Music.

Zahra Rasool is the Editorial Lead for Contrast VR — Al Jazeera’s new immersive media studio where she focuses on the production of compelling 360-degree video, VR/AR content. Before joining Al Jazeera’s Innovation Team, she was the Managing Editor of HuffPost RYOT where she was responsible for RYOT’s editorial strategy, managing the content team and combining journalistic storytelling with VR and 360- degree technology. In 2015, she founded her own startup Gistory.
